Credit Cards

ProlinkJAPAN will accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card on file at your bank). Incorrect information will cause a decline in processing your order. In some cases we may require you to furnish proof of identity to protect both you, our customers and ProlinkJAPAN. Orders will be shipped to the billing address of credit card holder ONLY. All credit card payments are processed securely through Authorized.net payment gateway.

PayPal
 
Paypal payments will be accepted. Customers can securely checkout and make payment directly from his/her paypal account. During checkout you will be directed to PayPal's website in order to process payement and once completed you will be redirected back to ProlinkJAPAN for comformation and receipt. ProlinkJAPAN is PayPal Verified.

Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks

Money orders and cahsier's checks  will be accepted in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money order or cashier’s check. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the shipment of products before funds have cleared.

Order Acceptance Policy

Once order is processed your receipt is generated. This receipt is an electronic order confirmation that should be printed as proof of your purchase from ProlinkJAPAN. Receipt can be used to easily access your purchase(s) in the future if needed.

Returns

ProlinkJAPAN will gladly accept the return of products that are unsatisfactory to customer upon delivery. Please be aware that if product is damaged during shipping we are not liable. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be authorized by ProlinkJAPAN before shipping back to us. Please ensure that all returns are in the original condition as shipped from ProlinkJAPAN. If product is altered by customer we will not honor returned product(s). Contact us promptly upon delivery if unsatisfied with product so that speedy resolution can be attained.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship within 24-48hrs once payment has been processed. Some items may require special packaging and will require more time to box or crate. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day and ship shortly after. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. ProlinkJAPAN cannot guarantee the safe delivery of products because packages do get damaged during shipping. We do take extra precaution in packaging to aid in the safe delivery of shipments. Please contact us to obtain shipping insurance if needed as all packages by default are shipped standard or basic insurance.
 
State Taxes

ProLINKJapan shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (Florida 6%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are not responsible for sales taxes or other taxes. International customers are not responsible for state taxes but you are liable to pay customs and brokeage fees.
 
Typographical Errors

In the event product(s) are listed incorrectly due to typographical error, ProlinkJAPAN shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed with incorrect information. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled.
